Free U.S. Shipping on Orders Over $30

 

Enjoy FREE Economy Shipping on orders of $30 or more shipped within the United States

There's no coupon code to enter and nothing extra to add to your cart. When your qualifying order reaches $30, available free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

Free shipping applies to eligible domestic U.S. orders. Any exclusions or additional shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

 

When Will My Order Ship?

 

Because many Kawaii Esquire products are made to order, please allow time for your item to be produced before it ships.

Estimated production time:
3–7 business days

Production time and shipping time are separate. Once production is complete, your order is packaged and transferred to the shipping carrier.

During holidays, sales, unusually high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control, production may take longer.

Apparel, Bags & Select Home Products

 

This category may include T-shirts, tank tops, long-sleeve shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, pants, joggers, bags, laptop cases, and select pillows.

Production: Approximately 3–7 business days
Shipping: Approximately 3–6 business days within the United States

 

Mugs, Ornaments, Metal Art, Platters & Acrylic Products

Production: Approximately 3–7 business days
Standard U.S. Shipping: Approximately 2–5 business days

 

Please remember that these are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, destination, and other circumstances can affect delivery.

 

 

📦 I Didn't Receive My Entire Order. Where Is the Rest?

 

Don't worry if only part of your order arrives!

You may receive more than one package even though you purchased everything in the same order.

Kawaii Esquire works with professional production and fulfillment partners, and different types of products may be made at different facilities. As each part of your order becomes ready, it may be shipped separately rather than waiting for every item to be completed.

This means:

One order → multiple packages → potentially different delivery dates.

You may also receive separate tracking information for different shipments.

If you've received one package and another item from your order hasn't arrived yet, please check your shipping notifications and tracking information before contacting us.

 

Why Is My Package Shipping From Somewhere Else?

 

Kawaii Esquire is a brand of Jennifer Esquire Creations, but many of our products are professionally produced and fulfilled for us by production partners.

Your package may therefore originate from a production facility in a different city or state.

A different return address or shipping origin does not mean you ordered from the wrong company. It's still your Kawaii Esquire order.

 

How Do I Track My Order?

 

When tracking is available, you'll receive tracking information after your order ships.

For orders containing multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Please allow some time after receiving your shipping notification for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

 

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible. Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.

Once an order has shipped, we're generally unable to redirect it.

My Tracking Says “Delivered,” but I Don't Have My Package

 

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

1. Check around your mailbox, porch, garage, side doors, and other possible delivery locations.
2. Check with other members of your household and, when appropriate, nearby neighbors.
3. Review your tracking information for delivery notes.
4. Allow a short period of time, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered shortly before the actual delivery.
5. Contact the shipping carrier if the package still cannot be located.

If you continue to have trouble, contact Kawaii Esquire and we'll help you review the available order and tracking information.

International Shipping

 

International shipping availability and delivery times vary by product and destination.

Available shipping methods and charges will be displayed during checkout.

International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are generally separate from the purchase and shipping charges paid to Kawaii Esquire.

Holiday Orders

 

If you're purchasing for Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, a birthday, or another special occasion, please order early.

Production and carrier networks can become significantly busier around major holidays. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly offered.
