Kawaii Esquire products feature original artwork and designs owned by Jennifer Esquire / Jennifer Esquire Creations.

Jennifer Esquire develops the concepts and creative direction, works with coloring and composition, and creates the final product designs. Certain original illustrations are drawn by Jennifer Moran as part of the Kawaii Esquire creative process. Rights in artwork created for Kawaii Esquire have been transferred to Jennifer Esquire in accordance with the parties' agreements.

Unless otherwise stated, Kawaii Esquire artwork, finished designs, graphics, logos, characters, and other original creative materials are owned by Jennifer Esquire / Jennifer Esquire Creations and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a Kawaii Esquire product does not transfer copyright, reproduction, distribution, licensing, or commercial-use rights in the artwork or design.
